Are there any obligations with in-home consultations?

No, in-home consultations are fully free of charge.

What are the steps needed to start the job process?

Once you finalized the design and final quote you must confirm with the designer that you wish to proceed. After this you will receive an invoice stating the cost of the project and requesting a 50% security deposit in order to start production. Once the installation is completed and you are happy with the end product, the remainder 50% will be processed.

Do I need to reserve the service elevator for the installation team?

If you live in an apartment or condo building, yes. We do request that you book the service elevator for a minimum of 3 hours.

Where will the installation team park?

The installation team needs to use your driveway (preferably the side closest to your front door). Alternatively, a parking spot within the complex will be needed. Please make prior arrangements in order to avoid timing issues.

Does the installation team take care of plumbing work?

Our installation team is not certified to work with plumbing. For the installation of sinks, we offer to cut the sink opening in the countertop provided that you supply the template.

Does the installation team take care of electrical work?

Our installation team is not certified to do electrical work. Please make prior arrangements that accommodate the design requirements in order to ensure everyone's safety.

Can the installation team move or relocate any of my existing furniture?

The installation team runs on a time sensitive schedule and will not move or relocate any existing furniture.

Do you take care of removing our existing unit?

Yes. Will remove any of the existing units that occupy the area of work. We can also discard of these provided they are comprised of wood related products. However, we do not remove and re-install the units in a different place.

Does the installation team provide painting services?

No. But we do patch holes created from the removal of the existing unit.

Any other things to help with the installation process?

For maximum efficiency we will appreciate if you make sure there are no objects or debris on the path of travel.
